医学生人体蠕形螨感染及其相关因素分析

目的探讨在校医学生蠕形螨感染现状与个人卫生习惯、面部疾患等的相关关系。方法整群随机抽取桂林医学院1 316名在校医学生采取挤压刮取涂片法、透明胶纸粘贴法进行蠕形螨检查,对个人卫生习惯、面部疾患等相关因素进行问卷调查。结果在校医学生蠕形螨总感染率为39.44%,其中新生感染率为46.73%,老生感染率为31.05%;新生感染率高于老生,且油性皮肤或混合性皮肤及患酒渣鼻、痤疮等面部疾患的学生感染率均较高。医学生群体之间混用洗刷用品极易造成交叉感染。结论加强医学生的健康教育,培养良好的个人卫生习惯,是预防蠕形螨感染的关键。

Prevalence of Demodicid mites among medical students and its relevant factors
