罗格列酮对糖尿病兔心房结构重构及氧化应激的影响

摘    要:目的探讨罗格列酮对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病家兔心房肌结构重构及体内氧化应激水平的影响。方法应用四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病家兔20只,将其随机分为糖尿病组和罗格列酮干预组;10只正常家兔为对照组。三组均予普通饲料喂养5周,罗格列酮干预组兔于后4周每天予口服罗格列酮4 mg,分别测定5周后一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。并剪取心房肌组织行HE和MASSON染色,测定胶原容积分数。结果与对照组比较,糖尿病组的MDA水平升高,SOD水平有降低趋势;罗格列酮干预组SOD高于糖尿病组,而MDA水平低于糖尿病组(P<0.05),而与对照组无差异(P>0.05)。NO和GSH水平三组无差异。HE及MASSON染色示糖尿病组左房肌细胞较对照组排列紊乱,炎症浸润,纤维化明显,而罗格列酮干预组炎性改变及纤维化程度均减轻。结论罗格列酮对糖尿病家兔氧化应激改变及心房肌纤维化可能存在拮抗作用。
