| 摘 要： | 目的了解和掌握柳州市中小学生视力不良状况,为中小学生近视防治工作提供科学依据。方法对柳州市2004年与2007年中小学生体质健康监测资料中的视力监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2004年检测中小学生77 291名,视力不良检出率为38.04%;2007年检测学生65 363名,视力不良检出率为50.00%,2007年学生视力不良检出率较2004年明显上升(P<0.01)。随着年级的增高,学生视力不良检出率明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。女生视力不良检出率高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。从视力不良程度构成看,随着学段的升高,中、重度所占比例逐渐增加。结论应采取综合性的预防干预措施,有效控制和降低青少年视力不良的发生和发展。
