卵巢早衰与卵巢储备功能下降的相关发病因素探讨

目的 比较妇科门诊病人与健康普查妇女的基本情况,以及生育、生活、经济、家庭情况等,分析卵巢早衰(POF)与卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)患者的发病与哪些因素有关.方法 问卷调查178例2007年1～12月在苏州市中医医院妇科门诊就诊的患者及健康普查妇女的基本情况(年龄、婚姻、职业、文化程度等),月经、孕产、避孕情况,健康、生活状况,经济状况,心理、社会及家庭状况等,并采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析.结果 接受调查的178人中共有POF患者45例,DOR患者83例,健康妇女50例.统计分析结果显示:生理因素是POF及DOR发生的主要原因,月经异常、自身免疫性疾病(系统性红斑狼疮、特发性血小板减少性紫癜、肾小球肾炎、类风湿性关节炎等)、恶性肿瘤、盆腔手术、吸烟吸毒、睡眠不足均与POF及DOR的发生密切相关;社会、心理因素是构成POF及DOR发病的另一重要原因.结论 POF、DOR发病与生理、社会及心理等诸多因素有关,应从这三个方面积极有效地防治本病.
