42例麻疹患者的CT影像学分析

目的 探讨麻疹患者进行胸部螺旋CT检查的价值及其胸部CT影像学表现.方法 回顾性分析42例麻疹患者的临床病史资料,并分析期间进行的共58次胸部CT影像表现,并对其影像学表现进行分析.结果 42例麻疹患者,有39例诊断为麻疹肺炎.麻疹肺炎的CT影像学表现有两侧多发的支气管血管束增粗、毛玻璃样病变,部分患者CT影像学伴有小叶中心病变和肺实变,同时可有胸膜渗出等病变,麻疹合并肺炎患者经治疗后病变吸收和变化比较明显.结论 螺旋CT检查对于麻疹肺炎患者具有诊断价值,对于麻疹的临床诊疗具有重要意义.

The Computed-tomography Manifestations of the 42 Patients in Measles

Objective To investigate the value of chest scan in diagnosis of measles and to explore the computed-tomography manifestations of the patients in measles.Methods The 58 X-CT manifestations of 42 cases with measles were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results Of the 42 measles cases,there were 39 cases suffering from measles pneumonia.The most common type,thickening bronchi-vascular bundle and ground glass lesion were seen in cases of measles pneumonia;some patients presented the appearance of centrilobular lesions and lung consolidation,a few presented the complicating of pleural effusion.It showed obviously transmutation after the proper treatment.Conclusion It is of great value in the diagnosis of measles pneumonia to analyze the chest CT manifestations.
