雷诺嗪对豚鼠在体心肌缺血/再灌注损伤心律失常及舒张功能的保护作用研究

摘    要:目的探讨雷诺嗪对豚鼠在体缺血/再灌注模型的心功能及心律失常的影响及其作用机制。方法通过在体缺血再灌注模型,观察雷诺嗪对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、再灌注心律失常影响,血流动力学改变。结果雷诺嗪可增强SOD活性,降低MAD水平,可以对抗缺血/再灌注损伤过程的作用,减少再灌注心律失常,降低LVEDP。结论雷诺嗪可减少再灌注心律失常、降低LVEDP水平、改善心肌僵硬度,能改善心脏舒张功能。

Abstract:Objective To investigate ranolazine in guinea pig in vivo ischemia/reperfusion model of cardiac function and arrhythmia and its mechanism. Methods By ischemia and reperfusion model in vivo, impact of the ranolazine on SOD, MDA, reperfusion arrhythmias and hemodynamics were observed. Results Ranolazine en- hanced the SOD activity and reduced the level of MAD, and then executed anti-ischemia - reperfusion injury ef- fects in the process, and reduced reperfusion arrhythmia, decreased LVEDP. Conclusion Ranolazine reduces reperfusion arrhythmias, lower LVEDP levels, improves myocardial stiffness, and improves diastolic function.
