| 摘 要： | 目的探讨父母关系及亲子沟通对初中生心理健康的影响及影响内容,为改善初中生心理健康状况提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法抽取武汉市8所初级中学的3 598名学生作为研究对象,采用心理健康诊断测验量表(MHT量表)及自编量表进行问卷调查。结果初中生心理问题的阳性率为23.93%,具有和谐父母关系的学生与不和谐父母关系的学生、良好亲子沟通的学生与不良亲子沟通的学生在学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向的因子得分及MHT总分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论初中生的心理健康问题的阳性率较高,迫切需要心理援助和心理健康教育。不和谐的父母关系、缺乏正常的亲子交流可能是青少年心理问题的重要危险因素。
