| 摘 要： | 目的建立血管内给药二室模型药代动力学参数估算的电子计算机程序。方法采用非线性最小二乘法,估算血管内给药二室模型药代动力学参数,采用BASIC语言编写电子计算机程序。结果得到血管内给药二室模型药代动力学参数估算的电子计算机程序。结论本文编写的血管内给药二室模型药代动力学参数估算的电子计算机程序具有语言简单、设计思想易懂、操作简便和拟合效果好的特点,是药代动力学研究中较为理想的工具。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To develop an electronic computer program for the parameter estimation after a single intravenous bolus adminatration of a two-compartment model drug.Methods Using a non-linear and the last residual method,the electronic computer program for pharmacokenetic parameter estimation were programed with the basic language. Results An electronic computer program for pharmacokenetic parameter estimation was gained,and was applied to the pharmacokenetic parameter estimation.Conclusions This program is simpler in language,more understandable in design idea,faster in operation and more effective in estimation.It is good for the parameter estimation after a single intravenous bolus adminatration of a two compartment model drug. |
