谢强教授五官科特色针灸疗法

通经接气针法是通过针刺远端手部穴位，针尖朝上，并加针以引气，使针感反应直通病灶，达到消除炎症、痛症的目的；转移兴奋灶针法是取穴肘膝关节以下的穴位，针刺用泻法或用药物穴位敷贴发泡法，使穴位产生较强烈的刺激，强于局部病灶的兴奋度，从而抑制局部病灶兴奋，使局部疼痛消失,炎症吸收消退和增生组织吸收、软化、消散，达到治愈疾病的目的；针刺运动针法即针刺局部的同时结合缓慢咀嚼、吞咽和深呼吸运动达到增强针感、尽快缓解病痛的目的；综合剌营微创针刀疗法是采取针刺或针刀丛刺患部（咽病刺患部，喉病则不刺）、点刺拇指三商穴和耳轮三点（即耳轮上、中、下各一点，等距离）放血的方法达到清泄热毒、消肿止痛之目的；而经验穴“开音1号”和“开音2号”穴分别位于人迎穴及水突穴旁开1.67cm处，更靠近喉窍，该二穴之针法对急慢性喉病所致的声音嘶哑疗效明显。以上五种针法单独或结合运用，对五官科疾病炎症、痛证疗效明显。
