MR多系列成像在脑发育性静脉异常中的诊断价值

目的探讨脑发育性静脉异常的MR表现,评价其诊断价值。方法搜集脑发育性静脉异常26例进行回顾性分析,所有患者均进行了常规MRI平扫及增强扫描,22例行B-FFE技术及MRV检查,MRV采用2D-TOF、3D-PCA及3D-CEM-RA。结果 26例均为单发DVA,其中幕上15例,幕下11例。引流静脉和髓静脉增强扫描及MRV呈典型的"海蛇头"样表现,即多条扩张的髓静脉形如枯树枝样呈辐射状向引流静脉汇聚,B-FFE图像上静脉的信号强度及髓静脉的分支优于2D-TOF、3D-PCA的原始图像。结论 MR能明确诊断脑发育性静脉异常及其并发症,B-FFE技术可以作为脑静脉系统成像的一种补充。

Diagnostic Value of Multi-series MR Imaging in Cerebral Developmental Venous Anomaly

Objective To study and evaluate the MR manifestations of cerebral developmental venous anomaly （DVA）. Methods Twenty-six cases of DVA underwent pre- and post-contrast MR and 22 cases examined by using B-FFE and MRV including 2D-TOF,3D-PCA and 3D-CEMRA,were retrospectively analyzed. Results Sporadic DVA was found in 26 cases,in which, 15 cases were located in the superior tentorium of the cerebellum and 11 cases in the inferior tentorium of the cerebellum. The draining veins and medullary veins displayed typical ＇head of sea snake＇ in contrast MRI and MRV. Conclusion MR can definitely diagnose cerebral developmental venous anomaly and its complications. B-FFE is a supplementtechnique for cerebral vein MRI.
