评估丹尼斯克乳双歧杆菌Bi07及嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM对人体肠道消化系统微生态环境改善功效的研究

摘    要:目的评估丹尼斯克乳双歧杆菌Bi07及嗜酸乳杆菌NCFM对人体肠道消化系统微生态环境改善效果。方法将符合要求的400名25~45岁志愿者根据男:女=1:1的比例随机分为安慰剂组、益生菌产品组2个组。所有400名志愿者,分别在试验第一天至最后一天服用对应产品,每天2次,分别于上午10点和下午4点服用,每次100g,持续3周。结果可有效改善人体肠道消化系统微生态环境,志愿者体内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌活菌数显著增加(P〈0.01),产气荚膜杆菌活菌数显著减少(P〈0.01)。结论连续服用丹尼斯克益生菌产品21d,每天200g,对人体肠道消化系统微生态环境的改善具有显著效果。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the promote effect of Danisco products Bifidobacterium Lactis Bi07 & Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM on physical intestinal canal microbial eco-system. Methods A 3- week randomized trial was conducted in 400 healthy persons aged from 25 to 45 years, with a male to female ratio of 1 : 1, they were randomly divided into 2 groups: placebo group and probiotics group. Each group takes the corresponding products 100 g twice everyday at 10 a.m. and 4 p. m respectively. Re- suits Digestive system on microbial eco-system was effectively improved. The viable count of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus was significantly increased. The viable count of Clostridiumperfringen was signifi- cantly decreased. Conclusions Significant effectiveness on physical intestinal canal microbial eco-system were proved by intake Danisco probiotics products" 200 g per day for 21 days.
