| 摘 要： | 目的探讨壁细胞迷走神经切断术(PCV)加胃网膜神经束切断术治疗十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的临床效果。方法分析本院1991年2月至2002年2月117例PCV加胃网膜神经束切断术治疗十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔的临床资料。结果117例中86例获得随访，随访率为73．5％，随访期为1～10年，平均6年。溃疡复发率为2．3％，狭窄率为3．5％，出血率为0。VisickⅠ级为84．9％，11级为9．3％，Ⅲ级为3．5％．Ⅳ级为2．3％，Ⅰ、Ⅱ级共占94．2％。结论十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔施行穿孔修补术同时加做PCV加胃网膜神经束切断术，其远期效果满意，明显优于穿孔单纯修补术。
