| 摘 要： | 本文分析鼓室成形术125耳的病变与听力状态。105 耳鼓膜大穿孔听骨受累者占62％,鼓室硬化病变占 12.8％。鼓膜大穿孔而听骨链完整者气导平均损失 47.1dB,若听骨链中断则损失达60.8dB;鼓膜中等穿孔而听骨链完整者损失41.9dB,若听骨链中断则损失达53.9dB。16例鼓室硬化症平均损失 60.4dB。本研究有助于认识中耳病变与听力损失的关系及分析临床听力图。

| Abstract: | The imflammatory lesions of middle ear and hearing state were analysed in 125 cases of chronic superative otitis media underwent tympanoplasty. The lesions of those with large perforation of tympanic membrane were severer than those with medium ones, 62% of the lesions of 105 large perforations involved ossicular chain. The less severe lesions found were tympanosclerosis in 12.8% of the patients.Average hearing loss in cases with medium sized perforation and intact ossicular chain was 42.0dB at speech frequences, when combined with ossicular interruption was 53.9dB; the hearing loss in cases with large perforation and intact ossicular chain was 47.1dB, when combined with ossicular interruption was 60.8dB. 16 cases of tympanosclerosis resulted in an average hearing loss of 60.4dB.This study is useful in understanding the relationship between the disease process and hearing loss and interpretation of the audiogram. |
