疏肝化脂胶囊对脂肪肝大鼠肝脏形态学的影响

目的通过观察疏肝化脂胶囊对大鼠脂肪肝肝脏形态学改变的影响,为临床治疗脂肪肝提供实验依据。方法应用高脂饮食喂饲大鼠,形成较理想的脂肪肝大鼠模型;实验分为正常对照组、模型对照组、疏肝化脂高剂量组、疏肝化脂低剂量组、血脂康组。以高、低剂量疏肝化脂胶囊和血脂康进行干预。各组大鼠肝脏取材,常规做HE染色,光镜下观察,进行图像分析,统计学处理。结果模型对照组肝细胞索排列紊乱,胞浆内充满大小不等的脂肪空泡,甚至脂囊形成,呈现中至重度脂肪变性;疏肝化脂胶囊治疗组大鼠肝小叶和肝血窦结构清晰,肝细胞内无明显脂肪空泡。结论疏肝化脂胶囊能有效改善试验性大鼠脂肪肝的病变程度,具有显著抗脂肪肝作用。

The Effect of Shuganhuazhi Capsule on Morphological Changes of the Fatty Liver Rats

Objective Through observing the effect of SHGHZ capsule based on morphological changes of the fatty liver rats we want to get the experimental case for the clinical therapy of fatty liver. Methods The ideal model of fatty liver was constructed by feeding rats on high fat diet. The rats were is divided into normal control group, model group, high dose SHGHZ group, low dose SHGHZ group and Xuezhikang group. All the treatment group were intervend by its own medicine. Liver tissue of each group rat was extracted and made HE staining, then observed through optical microscope and analyzed the system picture, dealed with was the medical statistics analysis. Results As for the model group, hepatic cell was arranged for upsed and hepatic plasma was full of different morphological fat vacuoles and even evoloved into fat sac, and appeared serious steatosis. The structure of rat's liver lobule and liver sinusoid were obvious in the therapy group, hepatic cells were not obviously found the fat vacuoles. Comparing with the positive group there is remarkable difference (P<0.01). Conclusion SHGHZ capsule can effectively improve therapy of the experimental rat's pathological changes of fatty liver and has significantly effects on treating fatty liver.
