阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征治疗体会

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的可行性手术方案。方法回顾性分析经多导睡眠仪(PSG)及临床确诊的OSAHS患者68例病历资料,其阻塞部位位于咽腔及鼻腔。经联合或分次手术治疗。结果术后随访6个月有效率100%,12个月有效率97%。提高了生活质量,无严重并发症发生。结论对确诊为OSAHS患者,根据阻塞部位为咽腔及鼻腔者分别行腭垂腭咽成形术、鼻部手术以扩大咽腔改善通气,可达到较好的疗效。

Treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome
