上海儿童1型糖尿病的经济负担

目的 调查上海市儿童1型糖尿病的经济负担，方法 调查上海医科大学附属儿科医院门诊就诊或住院的儿童1型糖尿病病人。结果 调查发现，平均每患者每月日常治疗费用246．59元，发病后平均每年住院次数0．460次，并且随病程延长，住院次数亦呈现逐渐增多趋势。两变量间呈相关关系，儿童1型糖尿病平均每次住院治疗费用2139．02元，经统计，1型糖尿病直接经济负担每人每年4000元左右，间接经济负担800元左右，调查还发现，用于疾病监测的费用支出不足，结论 应加强对患者和家长糖悄病知识的普及和教育，加强糖尿病的自我监测，以减少住院次数，天数，降低住院费用，同时达到防止或延缓糖尿病并发症发生的目的。

Economic Burdens of Childhood Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus in Shanghai

Objective To study economic burdens of childhood type 1 diabetes mellitus (DM) in Shanghai. Methods Children with type 1 DM in the child hospital affiliated to Shanghai Medical University were investigated. Results The results showed that cost of routine therapy for type 1 DM was 246 59 yuan per person monthly. On the average, the annual times of hospitalization was 0 46 after disease onset and increased as the course lasted. There was a correlation between those two variables. It cost about 2 139 02 yuan on every hospitalization. It's calculated that the direct cost of childhood type 1 DM was about 4 000 yuan and indirect cost about 800 yuan per patient annually. Conclusion The expenditure on glucose monitor was not enough. It is necessary to popularize the diabetes knowledge and stress the importance of glucose monitor on patients and their parents.
