| 摘 要： | 诱导性多能干细胞的研究正在兴起,有可能取代胚胎干细胞和成体干细胞而广泛应用于发育生物学以及组织修复与再生研究等多个领域[1-2].但就目前而言,成体干细胞作为多能干细胞的一种,从细胞到器官的修复与替代作用已经得到证实,并有较多研究.本文以骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC)为代表,对损伤修复与再生的现状进行概述,并探讨将来的发展方向.

| Abstract: | Ever since the use of adult stem cells in the field of tissue repair and regeneration, their clinical effects, pos-sible mechanisms and side effects have been questioned. In this article, I review the clinical application of adult stem cells, es-pecially mesenchymal stem cells in functional recovery of skin, acute myocardial infarction and vascular diseases, etc. Mean-whiie, I express my personal opinion on their use in the future. |
