体外反搏在消除运动性疲劳中的应用

摘    要:比较了10名运动员在活动平板逐级极限负荷后,进行体外反搏与不进行反搏(安静休息)时血乳酸清除速度,股四头肌力恢复及血尿素氮和大小腿围的变化。认为:体外反搏在消除运动性疲劳,尤其是肌肉疲劳中有积极意义。

Abstract:To find an effective means for elimination of athletic fatigue, counterpulsation (CP) technique was used in10 athletes after graded maximal , treadmill exercise (GMTE). Second GMTE was performed in the samesubjects followed by passive recovery (PR) with an interval of at least one week The blood samples were obtained before and at 4', 10', 20', 30' and 40' after GMTE. The quadricepsstrength (QS), circumferences of thigh and calf, and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were measured before andat 5' and 40' after the GMTE. The difference of blood lactate values between the CP and PR groups wasstatistically significant at all time points during the recovery period (p<0.01). Also the recovery rate of thequadriceps strength in counterpulsed group was significantly higher than that in uncounterpulsed group (p<0.01). No significant differences were found in BUN and circumferences of thigh and calf between the twogroups. Thus, counterpulsation was an effective technique for relieving athletic fatigue.
