银杏达莫注射液与刺五加注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的比较

目的 比较银杏达莫注射液与刺五加注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效.方法 将58例不稳定型心绞痛病人随机分为治疗组28例和对照组30例,治疗组给予银杏达莫注射液20 ml加入0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml静滴,1次/d,对照组给予刺五加注射液250 ml静滴,1次/d,两组均连续14 d.观察临床症状、心电图变化及血液流变学变化指标.结果 治疗组与对照组症状疗效总有效率分别为97%和85%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组心电图有效率分别为89%和63%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组在治疗后低切全血粘度明显降低(P＜0.05),红细胞变形性显著增高,血细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数和血小板聚集率均显著下降,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).对低切全血粘度的下降和红细胞变形性升高幅度,治疗组显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).对红细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数和血小板聚集率的下降作用,治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 银杏达莫注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效优于刺五加注射液.

Comparison of yinxingdamo injection and acanthopanax senticosus injection in treating unstable angina

Objective To compare the effects of yinxingdamo injection and acanthopanax senticosus injection in treating unstable angina.Methods Fifty-eight patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(n=28) and control group(n=30).Patien in the treatment group were given yinxingdamo injection 20 ml,iv drip,qd;patients in the control group were given acanthopanax senticosus injection 250 ml,iv drip,qd.Before and 14 days after the treament,the change in clinical symptoms,electrocardiology and hemorrheology were observed.Results The total effective rate for the two groups were 97% and 85%.Significant difference was found between the treatment group and control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate of electrocardiology for the two groups were 89% and 63%,in the control group was showed better than that of treatment group(P<0.05).In the treatment group after treatment,the low shear value of the whole blood viscosity decreased markedly(P<0.05),erythrocyte deformability increased apparently,and erythrocyte packed cell volume,erythrocyte aggregation rate,platelet aggregation rate decreased markedly(P<0.01).As to the decrease in whole blood viscosity and amplitude in the decrease in erythrocyte packed cellvolume,erythrocyte aggregation rate and platelet aggregation rate,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Yinxingdamo injection is superior to acanthopanax senticosus in treating unstable angina.
