中西医结合治疗中风后抑郁症疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合方法治疗缺血性脑中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将95例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组44例给予内科常规治疗,同时予以盐酸氟西汀,治疗组51例在对照组治疗基础上给予加味四逆散水煎剂口服。观察两组患者的临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑顿量表（HAMD）评分、神经功能缺损程度评分变化及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为90.2%,对照组为77.3%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。治疗组与对照组治疗后HAMD量表评分、神经功能缺损程度评分均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.01）,且治疗组的下降优于对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论中西医结合方法治疗缺血性脑中风后抑郁症疗效显著,且不良反应少,具有整体调节的优势。

Clinical Observation of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine on Treatment of Post-Stroke Depression

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on depression after ischemic stroke treated with integrative Chinese and western medicine.Methods 95 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.In control group(44 cases),conventional therapy of internal medicine was applied.Additionally,fluoxetine hydrochloride was administered.In treatment group(51 cases),on the basis of the treatment as control group,Ji Wei Si Ni San decoction was administered orally.The clinical efficacy,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,the changes of neurological deficit score as well as the situation of adverse reactions were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate was 90.2% in treatment group and 77.3% in control group.The efficacy of treatment group was superior apparently to that of control group(P＜0.01).After treatment,HAMD score,neurological deficit score in either treatment group or control group reduced significantly compared with those before treatment(P＜0.01).The score decrease in treatment group was superior to that of control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion Integrative Chinese and western medicine is significant in the efficacy on depression after ischemic stroke,less in adverse reactions and advantageous in holistic adjustment.
