| 摘 要： | 采用玻璃体内空气注入法封闭黄斑裂孔联合巩膜外环扎术,治疗10例黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离,效果良好。此法不破坏黄斑区视网膜,术后视力恢复较好。

| Abstract: | 10 cases of macular laceration with retinal detachment were treated withintravitreous air injection(IVAI)combined with or without scleral bucking.The curerate of this Limited series was 100%.IVAI did not damage the retinal tissue,therefore,the outcoming of visual acuity would be better than diathermy and cryotherapy. |
