| 摘 要： | 肾损伤87例，其中挫伤56例，裂伤24例，碎裂伤6例，肾蒂伤1例.血尿75例，说明血尿是肾损伤的主要症状.影像学检查有B超、IVU、CT、MRI等，B超可以作为肾损伤的首选诊断方法，CT、MRI可较准确地诊断肾损伤的程度.保守治疗75例（86.2%），手术治疗10例（11.4%），死亡2例（2.2％）分别死于休克，合并胸腹，颅脑合并症.手术探查主张经腹切口，利于腹腔脏器的探查及伤肾处理.

| Abstract: | 87 cases with kidney injury were reported. Among them, 36 cases were with contusion,24 cases with laceration, 6 cases with fragmantation trauma and I case with injury of renal Pedicle. 75 cases with hematuria proved the main symptom of kidney injury Image examinations included ultrasonic type B, IVU,CT and MRI etc. The first method to diagnose the kidney injury was ultrasonic ac B, but CT and MAI may lead to Precise location and the injured degee. 75 cases were treated by conservative method (86.2%), 10 cases were operated (11.4%) and 2 cases (2.2%) died of shock or the complications form thorax, or abdomen, or skull In operative exploration we stand for abdominal nephrectomy. It may be favored exploration to abdominal viscera and treatment to an injured kidney. |
