贵州省威宁县碘缺乏病重点地区育龄妇女尿碘结果分析

摘    要:目的:了解威宁县育龄妇女碘营养现状,开展县级重点人群碘营养监测,评价和推动县级实现碘缺乏病目标,提供参考数据。方法:根据卫生部疾病预防控制局《关于卫生部与联合国儿童基金会2007年度预防碘缺乏病监测》要求,选择威宁县9个乡(镇)18~49岁育龄妇女采集随机一次性尿样,用砷铈催化分光光度法检测尿碘。结果:检测尿碘144份,尿碘中位数为242.6μg/L,尿碘大于50μg/L小于100μg/L占2.8%(4份),大于100μg/L小于200μg/L占32.6%(47份),大于200μg/L小于300μg/L占34.0%(49份),大于300μg/L小于400μg/L占22.9%(33份),大于400μg/L小于500μg/L占2.8%(4份),500μg/L以上占4.9%(7份)。结论:威宁县9个乡(镇)育龄妇女碘营养充足。因育龄妇女碘营养超适宜量的比例较大,应引起相关部门的重视,加强碘缺乏病的防治现状的监测,选择适宜当地居民食用的碘盐,防治碘过低或过量所引起的危害。

Abstract:Destination:To know the women of childbearing age iodine nutrition state in Weining County,carry on the iodine nutrition state surveillance to the key public in county grade,evaluate and enhance the IDD object,provide the referrence data.Method: According to the health department CDC《The 2007 surveillance to prevention on IDD about health department and U.N.children fund》,choose 18~50 women of childbearing age in 9 villages(towns) in County and randomly collect the urine samples,then use the arsenic - cerium catalyse prismatic luminosity method to determine the urine iodine.Result:Test 144 urine iodine samples,the urine iodine median is 242.6μg/L,the samples which are more than 50μg/L but less than 100μg/L account for 2.8%(4 samples),more than 100μg/L but less than 200μg/L account for 32.6%(47 samples),more than 200μg/L but less than 300μg/L account for 34.0%(49 samples),more than 300μg/L less than 400μg/L account for 22.9%(33samples),more than 400μg/L less than 500 account for 2.8%(4 samples),more than 500μg/L account for 4.9%(7 samples);Conclusion:The iodine nutrition of the women of childbearing age in 9 villages(towns) in Weining County is sufficient.For the proportion which excess the normal iodine nutrition range is higher in women of childbearing age,the situation should be emphasized to some sections,and enhance the surveillance to IDD prevention,choose the right dose in iodine - salt for the local residents,prevent the harm due to the higher or lower iodine dose.
