| 摘 要： | 系统性红斑狼疮是一种全身多系统损害的自身免疫性疾病,预后欠佳,早期诊断非常重要。本文将1982年和1997年美国风湿病学会修订的诊断标准、1982年我国风湿病学会修订的标准（北京标准）及1987年上海风湿病学会修订的标准（上海标准）进行比较,了解各自的特点、敏感性和特异性,以便提高临床医师的诊断水平。

| Abstract: | Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a autoimmune disease which lead to multisystem damage,and it is important to make a early diagnosis.We compared the feature,sensibility and specificity of the following 3 diagnostic criteria:the diagnostic criteria of American Rheumatism Association in 1982 and 1997,the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Rheumatism Association in 1982(Beijing Criteria)and the diagnostic criteria of Shanghai Rheumatism Association in 1997(Shanghai Criteria),which can promot the clinicial diagnosis. |
