| 摘 要： | 目的建立天麻祛风补片中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱VPODS柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-0．3％磷酸溶液（1：99），检测波长221nm，流速1．0mL·min^-1，柱温40℃。结果回归方程Y=8．326×105X＋6．237×103（r=0．9997，n=5），天麻素在0．274-4．116岭范围内线性良好，加样回收率98．61％，RSD=0．74％。结论本法灵敏度高，操作简便，重复性好，准确可靠，可作为天麻祛风补片中天麻素的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of gastrodin in Tianmaqufengbu tablets.Methods HPLC method was used with VP-ODS column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric(1-99),the detection wavelength was at 221nm with flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was at 40℃.Results The linear range of gastrodin was 0.274～4.116 μg(r=0.9997,n=5)and the average recovery was 98.61% with RSD of 0.74%.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate with high sensitivity,and can be used to determine the contents of Gastrodin in Tianmaqufengbu tablets. |
