乳腺癌腋淋巴结清扫术中保留肋间臂神经的临床意义

目的：探讨乳腺癌腋淋巴结清除术中保留肋问臂神经的临床意义。方法：选择可手术的乳腺癌患者84例，随机分为两组，实验组37例术时保留肋问臂神经，对照组42例术中切除肋问臂神经。术后对两组患者上臂内侧感觉功能进行随访观察。结果：实验组患者术后上臂感觉障碍发生率为10．8％，而对照组高达61．9％，两组比较差异有显著性意义(x^2=23．18，P＜0．01)。结论：对乳腺癌需行腋淋巴结清除术患者，术中保留肋问臂神经可明显减少术后患侧上臂内侧感觉障碍的发生率，有助于提高病人的生活质量。

Clinical Significance of preserving intercostobrachial nerve in axillary lymph node dissection for breast cancer

Objective:To study the value of preserving intercostobrachial nerve in axillary lymph node dissection for breast cancer.Methods:Eighty four patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into experimental group (n=37) and control group(n=42).The intercostobeachial nerve was preserved in the experimental group and not in the control group.Sensory function of the medial upper arm was examined after the operation.Results:The postoperation morbidity of arm sensory disturbance was 10.8% in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(61.9%).No difference was noted in the recurrence rate between the two groups(x 2=23.18, P <0.01).Conclusion:Preserving intercostobrachial nerve in axillary lymph node dissection for the patients with breast cancer can decrease the incidence of abnormal sense on the skin of medial upper arm.It can enhance the life quality of the patients afert operation.
