| 摘 要： | 贻贝多活素是从贻贝生物贻贝中提取的多种活性物质。采用食饵性动脉粥样硬化（ＡＳ）模型，研究贻贝多活素的调血脂和抗ＡＳ作用。结果表明，贻贝多活素（５、１０、２０ｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１，ｉｇ，连续４ｗｋ或８ｗｋ）可使鹌鹑升高的血脂（ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ和ＶＬＤＬ－Ｃ）水平明显降低，ＨＤＬ－Ｃ水平未见升高，但ＨＤＬ－Ｃ／ＴＣ明显升高；同时明显降低鹌鹑主动脉和心肌ＴＧ、ＴＣ含量。另外，对鹌鹑主动脉内膜粥样斑块的形成有明显的抑制作用，以及明显改善肝脏的病变情况。以上结果提示贻贝多活素有调血脂和抗ＡＳ作用。

| Abstract: | The effects of Yi Bei Duo Huo Su on experimental atherosclerosis in quails caused by high lipid and cholesterol feeding were studied. Yi Bei Duo Huo Su(5、 10、 20 g·kg -1 ·d -1 , ig, 4 wk and 8 wk) resulted in reduction in TC、 TG、 LDL C and VLDL C levels in serum. The ratio of HDL C/TC were elevated although there was no significant chang in HDL C level. In addition, the drug could reduce the aortic intimal abnormalities and liver lesion in the atherosclerotic quails. The study suggests that the drug might reduce the developoment of atherosclerosis. |
