牛磺酸对糖尿病大鼠主动脉胶原非酶糖化的抑制作用

在链脲佐菌素所致（７０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，单剂量腹腔注射）糖尿病大鼠模型中，观察了牛磺酸（０．１６ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１牛磺酸饮水给药，４ｗｋ）对糖尿病大鼠主动脉胶原非酶糖化的影响。结果表明，糖尿病大鼠主动脉胶原和胶原ＡＧＥ含量升高，和正常对照组相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。牛磺酸治疗组主动脉胶原ＡＧＥ含量降低和未治疗组相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），但胶原含量无改变（Ｐ＞０．０５）。同时还观察到牛磺酸治疗能显著升高糖尿病大鼠血浆游离胰岛素水平（Ｐ＜０．０１），降低血糖浓度（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果提示：牛磺酸对糖尿病大鼠主动脉胶原非酶糖化具有一定的抑制作用。其机制可能是通过减轻胰岛β－细胞损伤，促进胰岛素分泌，降低血糖浓度而实现的。

Inhibiting effect of taurine on nonenzymatic glycosylation of aortic collagen in diabetic rats

The effect of taurine on nonenzymatic glycosylation of aortic collgen was evaluated in streptpzptpcom-induced diabetic rats after oral 0. 16 mol· L-1 taurine for 4 weeks. The contents of aortic collagen and advanced glycosylstion endproduct (AGE) were significantly increased in diabetic rats than in hormal control ones (P< 0. 01 ). The AGE content was dramatically decreased in taurine-treated group in comparision with untreated group (P<0.01), while the content of aortic collagen kept unchanged (P>0. 05). The experiment also demonstrated that taurine could markedly elevate serum free insulin level in diabetic rats and reduce blood glucose (P<0. 01). The results showed that taurine had definite inhibiting effect on nonenzymatic glycosylation of aortic collagen in diabetic rats. The mechanism probably was that taurine could alleviate the damage of β-islet cells, promote the secreation of insulin and decrease the blood glucose.
