| 摘 要： | 观察不同浓度的知母宁（Ｃｈｉｍｏｎｉｎ）温育后的老化红细胞免疫指标和过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）水平的改变，发现５、１５μｇ知母宁时，ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂＲＲ、ＲＢＣ－ＩＣＲ、ＲＢＣ－ＣａＲ有上升的趋势但和对照组相比无明显的差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），而５０、１００μｇ浓度时ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂＲＲ、ＲＢＣ－ＩＣＲ、ＲＢＣ－ＣａＲ和对照组相比有明显的升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。知母宁５、１５、５０、１００μｇ温育后的老化红细胞ＬＰＯ含量的改变，以知母宁５０、１００μｇ浓度时ＬＰＯ水平明显降低，和对照组相比差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示一定剂量知母宁提高红细胞ＣＲ１活性，可能与抑制脂质过氧化反应有关。

| Abstract: | Experiments were undertaken in Chimonin on the activity of CR1 and the level of liPid Peroxide in vitro. RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR and RBC-CaR in the group of 50μg and 100μg are higher than those in the group of 5μg、10μg (P<0.05)after the ageing erythrocytes preincubated with chimonin; simultaneously, the ageing erythrocytes to investigate the effects of content of LPO of ageing erythrocytes decreased with dose dependent effect(P<0.01).It is suggested that lipid peroxidation may participate in the activity of CR1 of ageing erythrocytes. |
