| 摘 要： | 本文对31例成人结核性脑膜炎进行了临床表现、诊断、治疗及转归的分析,并对大剂量异烟肼药物并用其他抗结核药物及鞘内应用澈素+异烟肼治疗结核性脑膜炎的方案进行了讨论及评价。

| Abstract: | We report 31 cases of adult tuberculous meningitis and analysis of clinical symptoms,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis was made.We con- sider that a great quantity of INH with other anti-tuberculous prepara- tion is necessary and sufficient in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis, Steroid play an importent role in the in prove symptom and reduce com- plication,mortality,Spinal lumen injection of steroid with INH is wor- th populirized. |
