剖宫产术中更换无菌手套预防产后切口感染的探讨

目的探讨剖宫产手术术中更换无菌手套对术后切口感染的影响，分析剖宫产手术中更换无菌手套对预防产后切口感染的有效性。方法对2008年7～10月的120例剖宫产手术过程进行细菌学跟踪检测，寻找引起感染的因素。按照手术月份将120例分为对照组和实验组，对照组采取传统的方式，实验组在术中处理完宫腔后术者更换无菌手套，将监测结果进行对照分析。结果实验组患者术后的感染率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论剖宫产手术术中更换无菌手套能有效预防产后切口的感染。

The effect of changing sterile gloves in cesarean section to prevent infection of incisional wound after parturition

Objective To investigate the influences of changing sterile gloves in cesarean section to prevent infection of incisional wound after parturition. Methods Bacteriology detection was used in 120 cesarean sections during July to October in 2008 to search the infection causes. Patients were divided into two groups according to operating month, control group and experiment group. The control group was adopted tradition operation modus, and surgical personnel for patients in the experiment group changed sterile gloves after clear cavitary uteri. Results The risk of postoperative infection in the experiment group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈 0.05）. The infected probability after parturition in experiment group was significantly depressed. Conclusion Changing sterile gloves in cesarean section could prevent infection of incisional wound after parturition.
