| 摘 要： | 尽管2003年我国卫生部公布了《人类辅助生殖技术和人类精子库伦理原则》,从社会、伦理、道德、法律等角度进一步明确了人类精子库运行中如何保障供精者和受者个人、家庭、后代的健康和权益,维护社会公益,但是人类精子库运行过程中仍可能存在诸多的伦理问题,我们应该加强人类精子库的管理,制定并执行相关的规章制度及标准的操作程序。生殖医学伦理委员会要定期及不定期进行监督、检查,以最大限度地减少人类精子库伦理问题的发生。

| Abstract: | The Health Ministry of China has released Ethical Principles for Human Assisted Reproductive Technology and Human Sperm Bank in the year 2003,which clarified the protection of health and interests for sperm donators and recipients,their families and descendants from social,ethical,moral,and legal perspectives.However,multiple ethical issues still exist in the application of human sperm bank,which calls for strengthening the management,supervision,regulations and standardized operational procedures of human sperm bank.Regular and random supervisions and checks should be applied by reproductive ethics committee,in order to control relevant ethical problems in the application of human sperm bank to a minimal degree. |
