| 摘 要： | 分析了网上预约挂号的背景,结合本院实际,客观全面的介绍了网上预约挂号的实施以及缩短就诊流程,节约就医时间、降低医疗管理成本,改善就医环境、方便患者选择就诊时间等方面的优势,提出了网上预约挂号的电脑上网所限、网络拥堵现象、网上挂号数量限制等不足和需要改进之处。

| Abstract: | The background of online reservation registering was introduced.Based on the experience of online reservation registering process,the application and the advantages of online reservation registering such as reducing visit process,shortening waiting time,decreasing medical management cost,improving visit environment and increasing patient＇s choice in visit time were discussed.The disadvantages such as the limited information technology support,the jam packed online environment and the limited registration numbers were analyzed and the measures were presented. |
