PTZ致痫模型大鼠血清中TNF-α与IL-6含量变化的实验研究

目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与癫痫免疫学发病机制的关系。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(10只)和模型组(20只),通过腹腔注射戊四氮(PTZ)建立大鼠慢性癫痫模型,分别抽取对照组与模型组外周血,采用放射免疫测定法检测TNF-α和IL-6的含量。结果模型组TNF-α和IL-6含量均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论TNF-α和IL-6共同参与癫痫的免疫学发病机制。

Changes of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in serum from rats after epilepsy induced by pentylenetetrazole

Objective To study the relationship among tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6) and immunologic pathogenesis of epilepsy.Methods Healthy adult SD rats (n=30) were divided into control group (n=10,treated with normal saline) and model group(pentylenetetrazole treated group,n=20).Radioimmunoassay(RIA) method was used to detect the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in peripheral blood from the epilepsy group and the control group,respectively.Results The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the epilepsy group were higher than those in the control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion TNF-α and IL-6 may be involved in the immunologic pathogenesis of epilepsy.
