细胞内模式识别受体NOD2及其在皮肤病中的作用

摘    要:随着对模式识别受体分子和病原识别受体如Toll样受体研究的深人,近年新发现的NOD2被证实是一细胞内病原识别受体,它能识别存在于革兰阴性和阳性细菌细胞壁的胞壁酰二肽.从而广泛参与宿主对病原体的识别和多种免疫和炎症应答,是联系天然免疫与特异性免疫的重要桥梁。为此.该文介绍NOD2的结构和分布、NOD2信号通路及其与TLR的相互作用、NOD2在感染和免疫中的作用及其与有关皮肤病的关系。

Abstract:Recent advances in the understanding of innate immunity have revealed NOD2 is a novel cytosolic pattern-recognition receptors(PRR).It recognizes muramyl dipeptide(MDP)of bacterial peptidoglycan,the minimal bioactive peptidoglycan motif common to all bacteria and,upon activation,induces the production of proinflammatory mediators.NOD2 is implicated in protective immune responses against pathogens.Together with Toll-like receptors,NOD2 appears to play important roles in innate and acquired immunity as sensors of bacterial components.Analysis of its structure,functions,signalling pathways and the association with Toll-receptors(TLR)may be helpful in understanding the roles in the pathogenesis of infections,immunity,inflammation and skin diseases.
