超声引导下浅表淋巴结穿刺活检的临床价值

摘    要:目的探讨超声引导下浅表淋巴结穿刺活检的临床应用价值,旨在提高其诊断准确率。方法浅表淋巴结肿大患者225例,其中行超声引导下穿刺活组织检查患者116例,共穿刺123个淋巴结;行手术活组织检查109例,手术切除111个淋巴结,比较二者诊断准确性和并发症。结果穿刺组一次性穿刺取材满意率为96.6%,手术组一次性穿刺成功,取材满意率为96.6%;穿刺组的并发症少于手术组。结论超声引导下浅表淋巴结穿刺活检为浅表淋巴结肿大的首选病理诊断取材手段。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application value of ultrasound - guided biopsy in diagnosis of superficial lymph nodes, also to improve the accuracy rate of the diagnosis. Methods Two hundred and twenty - five patients with superficial lymphadenectasis were enrolled in this study, 123 lymph nodes in 116 cases were performed with ultrasound -guided biopsy, and other 109 cases were examined by surgical biopsy, 111 lymph nodes were excised by surgery, then their accuracy rate of diagnosis and incidence rate of complications were compared. Results The once puncture diagnostic rate in puncture group and operation group was 96.6% and 97.2% respectively, complications were less in puncture group. Conclusion The ultrasound - guided biopsy in diagnosis of superficial lymph nodes is a safe and high active method with less trauma , so it is the fist choice in diagnosis of superficial lymph node enlargement.
