| 摘 要： | 目的 提高先天性胫骨假关节治疗水平。方法 对先天性胫骨假关节25例患者采用带血管蒂的同侧腓骨逆行移植治疗。结果 其中23例均在术后3－6个月愈合，效果良好。结论 此方法所移植的腓骨具有丰富的血供，长度理想，能保证病变的胫骨切除长度，骨愈合快，操作简单，不损伤健侧，成功率高，易于被患儿家长所接受。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the effects of therapy for congenital pesudoarthrosis of tibia is one of the children's diseases which is very difficult to treat. Method Twenty-five children with this disease were treated by reverse-flow vascularized ispilatere fibular graft from Jan. 1985 to Oct. 1999.Results Twenty-three of our cases achieved excellent bony union. Conclusion Compared with other ways, this grafted fibula has many advantages such as proficiency blood supply, adequate length, enhance bony union, with no tender injury and so on;so doctors can remove the inflicted tibia completely.It is easy to be accepted by parents of these children. |
