经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗老年患者术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效

目的探讨经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗老年患者术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法自该院2009年1月—2011年9月收治的术后粘连性肠梗阻的老年患者中筛选出140例进入研究,按照给予治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组,每组70例。治疗组给予经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗,对照组给予普通鼻胃管胃肠减压术治疗。治疗期间观察两组患者临床症状缓解的情况及治愈率并进行对比。结果治疗组治愈率为84.28%明显高于对照组的44.28%,差异有统计学意义。治疗组临床症状缓解情况如胃肠减压量、呕吐时间、恢复排气排便时间和液气平面消失的时间均优于对照组。结论采用经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗老年患者术后粘连性肠梗阻较传统胃肠减压可明显提高临床疗效和治愈率。

Clinical Effect of Transnasal Intestinal Tube Insertion on the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Postoperative Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To discuss the curative effect of transnasal intestinal tube insertion on the treatment of elderly patients with postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods 140 cases of elderly patients with postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruc- tion admitted in our hospital from January, 2009 to September, 2011 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group with 70 cases in each according to different treatment methods. The treatment group was treated with transnasal in- testinal tube insertion, and the control group was treated with ordinary nasogastric decompression. The remission of clinical symp- toms and cure rate of the groups were compared. Results The treatment group＇s cure rate was 84.28%, obviously higher than the control group＇s 44.28%, the difference was statistically significant. The gastrointestinal decompression of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the time of vomiting, recovery exhaust and defecation, level of liquid and gas disappearing were shorter than those of the control group. Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction, transnasal intestinal tube insertion can increase the efficacy and the cure rate more significantly than ordinary naso- gastric decompression.
