| 摘 要： | 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）是一种常见的睡眠紊乱性疾病，表现为睡眠过程中反复发生上气道阻塞或塌陷。颏舌肌作为最重要的上气道扩张肌，成为当今研究的热点。本文就颏舌肌的结构与功能及其与OSAHS发病和治疗的关系等研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS） is a common sleep disorder characterized by repetitive obstruction or collapse in the upper airways during sleep. Related studies have recently focused on the genioglossus, which is the most important upper airway dilator. The present review summarizes the function and structure of the genioglossus and discusses the current research progress on its involvement with the onset and the therapy of OSAHS. |
