手术入路对髋关节置换术后髋关节功能恢复的影响

目的探讨不同手术入路对髋关节置换术后髋关节功能恢复的影响。方法回顾性分析86例患有髋关节疾病,并行髋关节置换手术治疗患者的临床资料。结果行前外侧入路治疗患者治疗总有效率为92.9%,外侧入路患者为95.5%,后外侧入路患者为92.9%,后侧入路患者为100.0%,小切口入路为100.0%。结论小切口入路和后侧入路方式创口小、对髋关节的干预小,是髋关节置换手术的最佳选择。

The Effects of Surgical Approaches on the Recovery of Hip Joint Functions after Total Hip Replacement

Objective To explore the effects of different surgical approaches on the recovery of hip joint function after total hip re- placement surgery. Methods The clinical data of 86 cases of patients with hip joint diseases underwent hip replacement surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results The total effective rate of the patients treated with anterior lateral surgical approach, lateral surgical approach, posterolateral surgical approach, posterior surgical approach and small incision surgical approach was 92.9%, 95.5%, 92.9%, 100.0% and 100.0%, respectively. Conclusion Small incision surgical approach and posterior surgical approach are the best choices for hip replacement surgery with smaller cut and less hip joint interventions.
