青春期功能失调性子宫出血临床治疗分析

目的探讨分析青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床治疗情况,为后期临床治疗工作的展开提供参考意见。方法回顾青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床资料,在行超声、生化检验、生殖激素测定以及血液检验等常规检查的基础上,按照临床治疗方式的不同分为治疗组(达英-35治疗)和对照组(妈富隆口服)两组,具体评价分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗的86例青春期子宫出血患者中62例(72%)为功能失调性子宫出血,其余青春期子宫出血患者主要存在着血液系统疾,生殖道器质性病以及其他疾病情况,对功能失调性子宫出血患者采用不同药物治疗方法,最终达英-35治疗的效果明显。结论青春期子宫出血病因中功能失调性子宫出血为主要因素,而采用达英-35治疗效果较好,必要时结合宫腔镜检查诊断和诊刮术以进一步明确诊断及治疗。

Analysis of the Clinical Treatment of Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical treatment of patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding so as to provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods Patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were reviewed. On the conventional examinations of ultrasound, biochemical determination, reproductive hormones detection and blood test, the patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into two groups, the treatment group （treated with Diane-35） and the control group（Marvelon oral）. The efficacies of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed. Results Of the 86 cases of patients un- der treatment, 62 cases were dysfunctional uterine bleeding（72%）, the other patients mainly had blood system diseases, reproduc- tive tract organic disease or other diseases besides dysfunctional uterine bleeding. The effect of Diane-35 is better through the comparison of the effects of different treatments for dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Conclusion Adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding is a main factor of adolescent uterine bleeding, and Diane-35 has good effects on it. For further diagnosis and treatment of the disease, hysteroseopy and curettage can be combined with conventional examinations if necessary.
