摘    要:目的考察西北产地柴胡药材的质量,应用红外光谱原理和系统指纹定量法(SQFM)评价其质量。方法采用将红外光谱各数据点按平均值法分别生成对照指纹图谱(RFP),以光谱点为单位计算红外光谱的宏观定性和宏观定量信息,计算各批样品的Sm和Pm值。结果以红外光谱指纹定量法鉴别17批西北产地柴胡药材质量,鉴定出1批药材定性和定量相似度为中等,10批药材定性和定量相似度一般,6批药材定性和定量相似度为低。结论依据所建立的红外光谱指纹图谱,用系统指纹定量法可全面有效地鉴别不同产地柴胡的质量,为中药材质量鉴定提供了快速可靠的鉴定方法。

Abstract:Objective To identify the quality ofBupleurum chinense DC. and Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd. from northwest habitat. IR spectrum systematic quantified fingerprint method (SQFM) was used to evaluate the quality of Bupleurum chinense. Methods According to the average value of point-to-point data in the IR spectrum, we generated the reference finger-print (RFP) respectively. The data of macro quality and quantity were obtained by evaluating every spectrum and eventually calculating Sm and Pm of each sample. Results The quality of 17 batches of Bupleurum chinense from northwest habitat were identified by IR spectrum systematic quantified fingerprint method. The level of similarity indicated that 1 batch was moderate, 10 batches were good, and the other 6 batches were low. Conclusion According to the established IR spectrum fingerprint and SQFM, we can identify the level of similarity of Bupleurum chinense DC. and Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd. from northwest habitat comprehensively and effectively. IR- SQFM is rapid and reliable.
