高效液相色谱法测定萸苁强肾胶囊中多组分的含量

目的应用高效液相色谱法测定萸苁强肾胶囊（YCQSC）中熊果酸、齐墩果酸和细叶远志皂苷的含量。方法色谱柱：C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）;流速：1.0 mL min-1;熊果酸、齐墩果酸以甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液（75：25）为流动相,检测波长：210 nm;细叶远志皂苷以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（87：13）为流动相,检测波长：210 nm。结果熊果酸和齐墩果酸分别在0.027 6~0.552 0μg（r=0.999 7）、0.010 3~0.206 0μg（r=0.999 5）与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为99.3%、97.7%,RSD（n=6）分别为0.82%、0.70%;细叶远志皂苷在0.081 4~1.628μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均加样回收率为98.4%,RSD=0.78%（n=6）。结论该方法测定结果准确、灵敏、重复性好。

Determination of ursolic acid,oleanolic acid and tenuifolin in Yucong Qiangshen capsules by HPLC

Objective To develop an HPLC method to determinate the content of ursolic acid, oleanolic acid and tenuifolin in Yucong Qiangshen capsules（YCQSC）. Methods C 18 column was used as the chromatographic column, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL min- 1. For ursolic acid and oleanolic acid：the mobile phase consisted of methanol0.1% formic acid solution（75 ：25）, and the UV detection wavelength was 210 nm. For tenuifolin： the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（87 ：13）,and the UV detection wavelength was also 210 nm. Results Good linearity was seen for ursolic acid and oleanolic acid within 0.027 6- 0.552 0 μg（r = 0.999 7）,and 0.010 3- 0.206 0 μg（r = 0.999 5） respectively. The average recovery was 99.3%（RSD = 0.82%） and 97.7%（RSD = 0.70%）. That for tenuifolin was within 0.081 4- 1.628 μg（r = 0.999 9）, and the average recovery was 98.4%, RSD = 0.78%（n = 6）. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible, which may be used to determinate ursolic acid, oleanolic acid and tenuifolin in RCQSC.
