驴胶补血颗粒中氨基酸成分的高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的 建立驴胶补血颗粒中氨基酸成分的HPLC指纹图谱,为科学评价其质量提供依据。方法 Inertsil ODS2-C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1 mol.L-1醋酸钠溶液(3:97)为流动相A,乙腈-水(4:1)为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱;检测波长215 nm,柱温30℃;流速1.0 mL.min-1,分析时间53 min;对17批样品进行测定,并进行相似度评价。结果 17批驴胶补血颗粒样品的氨基酸高效液相色谱指纹图谱有19个共有峰,相似度均〉0.9,符合规定。结论 该方法稳定可靠,可用于驴胶补血颗粒中氨基酸成分的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of amino acids in Lvjiao Buxue granules and to control the quality. Methods An Inertsil ODS2-C18 analytical column was used. Gradient elution was carried out with the mixture of aceto- nitrile-0.1 mol· L^-1 sodium acetate solution (3 : 97) as mobile phase A and the solution of acetonitrile-water (4 : 1) as mobile phase B. The detection wavelength was 215 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^ -1 and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The analysis lasted 53 min. Results The similarities of the fingerprints of 17 batches of Lvjiao Buxue granules were bigger than 0.90. Conclusion This method is reliable for the quality evaluation and the quality control of Lvjiao Buxue granules.
