| 摘 要： | 目的观察痰热清注射液治疗重型乙型肝炎合并全身炎症反应综合征患者的临床疗效。方法将56例重型乙型肝炎合并全身炎症反应综合征患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例在常规护肝、抗感染等常规治疗的基础上给予痰热清注射液入液静滴,对照组26例仅予常规治疗,两组疗程均为10d;比较两组治疗后生命体征、生化指标、血清细胞因子水平等的变化及病情转归。结果治疗组在疗程结束后生命体征、生化指标、细胞因子水平均有明显改善,其改善程度优于对照组,部分并发症发生率低于对照组。结论痰热清注射液能抑制全身炎症反应综合征患者细胞因子表达,减轻炎症反应,减少并发症的发生,从而改善重型乙型肝炎的预后。
