Kimura病2例报告并文献复习

1病例资料 病例1,男性,23岁,2010年1月10日入院.病史:发现左颌下区肿块2年,逐渐增大,有时伴瘙痒,1年前曾在外院就诊,予“头孢”输液治疗1周,肿块明显消退,停药后再次复发.后自行口服“抗生素”肿块不消退.自觉无痛,无发热.患者平素体健,无特殊传染病史.查体:一般情况好,心肺无异常,体型偏瘦.双侧颈部可触及多枚大小不等的肿块,最大者位于左颌下区,约5 cm×3 cm×3 cm,活动度尚可,质韧、无压痛、边界欠清.MRI示双侧颈部多发占位.

Kimura disease: a report of 2 cases and review of literature

Objective:Introduce the diagnosis and treatment of 2 cases of Kimura disease and analyse its the clinical features.Methods:Review the literatures of Kimura disease and compare them to our cases.Results:Both of our 2 cases were young males with bilateral cervical and maxillofacial chronic soft tissue masses and lymph nodes swollen with the involvement of salivary glands, increasing serum eosinophilic granulocyte and IgE.After excision of unilateral lump for diagnosis, glucocorticoid was used. Residual masses disappeared after 1-3 months glucocorticoid treatment.Conclusion: Kimura disease is a rare unknown causes of chronic inflammatory disease.It is prone to be misdiagnosed because of clinician are unfamiliar with this disease. Increasing serum eosinophilic granulocyte and IgE are important for the early diagnosis of the disease.In our experience,glucocorticoid shows obvious effects in the clinical therapy of Kimura disease,and should be the top consideration.
