| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨赛肤润减少预防接种局部反应的疗效,并提出处理方案.方法 采取随机抽样的方法,将100例婴幼儿在预检合格后,随机分成两组,比较赛肤润观察组和不用赛肤润对照组对预防接种局部反应的处理效果.结果 两组疗效人数的分布差异有统计学意义,(u=2.67,P＜0.01),观察组疗效优于对照润组,总有效率分别为98.0％和84.0％(X2=4.396),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 赛肤润预防预防接种局部反应的疗效明显,应用简便,安全,值得推广. |
