| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨诊断性刮宫(诊刮)后加用去氧孕烯炔雌醇(妈富隆)治疗围绝经期功血的有效性和调整周期的效果.方法 选择2006-06/2009-06在本院妇科门诊确诊为围绝经期功血患者55例作为观察组.在诊刮术后第五天加用妈富隆治疗,连续用21 d为1周期,3周期为1疗程.选择同期病例55例为对照组,仅行诊刮术.结果 观察组治疗1疗程后,总有效率94.5％ (P ＜0.05),贫血得以纠正(P＜0.05),子宫内膜厚度变薄(P＜0.05),停药后恢复正常月经周期.结论 妈富隆配合诊刮治疗围绝期功血具有很好的有效性和周期控制.
