某化学建材厂建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

目的 识别、分析某化学建材厂建设项目职业病危害因素并进行控制效果评价.方法 在职业卫生学调查的基础上,依据国家有关标准和规范的要求,对存在主要职业病危害因素的作业点进行检测,对接触职业病危害因素的职工进行职业体检.结果 化学毒物定点采样102个样品,其中有3个样品的测定值不符合限值,其余样品测定值均符合限值;粉尘定点采样12个样品的检测结果均符合限值;18个噪声测定点中有3个测点超过85 dB(A).职业体检未发现职业病疾患和职业禁忌证.结论 该建设项目职业卫生状况基本达到国家职业卫生标准,该企业的职业病危害控制措施基本有效,但应加强个别工作场所化学毒物的控制措施.
