| 摘 要： | 通过对我校、研究院附属研究所的现状进行分析。认为目前研究所存在管理体制不顺、人员结构不合理、学术梯队不完善、人才匮乏、发展战略和科技创新意识不够等问题。并从领导体制、内部运行制度、人才队伍建设、战略和科技创新意识的培养、符合研究机构特点管理制度的建立等方面。对我校研究所的发展提出建议。

| Abstract: | This paper studies and analyzes the present conditions of the research institutes of the University.It is argued that there are following problems:incomplete management system,improper staff structure,unimproved academic team,lack of talent and inadequacy of developmental strategy and innovation;it is suggested that the institutes should be improved in leadership,management,talent construction,strategic innovation,etc. |
